Evil company

As an exemployee I can tell you this company is purely evil. That is the reason I quit them. They promise the customer that a refund will be mailed by check in 30 business days but amazingly enough the refund check never arrives. There is no such thing as cancelling a membership, they charge you anyway and will continue charging you up to 3 times before finally giving up.

They have double billed customers in their bank accounts causing many overdrafts that they refuse to pay. The have no physical address where they can be contacted.instead they hide behind a post office box.

After looking over this complaint I see they resently have disconnected their phone numbers. Can not think that this is a mistake on their part. How do customers with no computer contact them? And Why do you think that it takes 30 business days to receive a refund? Could it be so the company makes interest on your hard earned money? They took it out of your bank account. They could put it back that way. Any reputable company would do so.

Customers report that marketers lied to customers saying that this is a real credit card with 10.500 that can be used anywhere. They do not say that it is for online purchasing of overpriced electronics. They will put a penny into the account to verify it is open. Once that happens you know you are getting charged. You can cancel with 17.95 being charged only to be charged 159.95 21 DAYS later.

If any of this sounds familiar to anyone out there report the company to the attorney general of your state along with the attorney general in carson city nv. 100 N Carson St. Carson City Nv 89701-4717. If enough people complain about these scam artists they eventually will be closed down.
