American Media Corp Bogus marketing company promising mortgage leads, guaranteed closed loans - once they have money, they disappear and do not delive

If you receive an email like the one below, DO NOT BELIEVE IT! This guy is a scam artist and this is not a real marketing company. Chris Fletcher, if that is his real name, talks a great talk, but the service he is advertising is a scam to get people to send him money.

Once he gets someone to sign up for the "guaranteed closed loans" deal, you must send a check for the first payment supposedly to his outsourced accounting company.in reality, the address it is being sent to is a direct deposit account with Wachovia. Here is the location that he requests the check to be sent to:

In addition, his supposed business location in Seattle is an actual address, but is a restaurant, and when I called the restaurant, they have never heard of this company.

There may be other alleged companies operating under the same scam, and may be the same guy, all using the acronym AMC.
