Major Ripoff for Overdraft Fees

I am writing this report due to a charge that Centuion Financial debited from my account with the bank listed. I admit I was a fool and gave Centuion my banking info so they debited my account on 9/27 and the funds were not available so on 11/1 they did another debit and the funds were there and again on 11/2 and the funds were unavailable.

I was able to track down the trace number from my account to locate where my money had gone... Belive it or not it is a bank named Terrace Bank Of Florida (and I thought it would be NY because that is where Centurion is located). I have a total of 9 overdraft charges on my account because of this issue and my bank (I thought Credit Unions were more for the people... I'm wrong about this Credit Union) is not willing to reimburse the fees.

The company that processes the ACH debits for Centurion is located in FL and they did put the $249 back in my account but I am still upside down because of the fees. The comapany that processes the debits has called my bank and asked them to assist me in and even agreed to pay 1/2 of the overdraft fee, and they still refuse.

I did authorize the one debit but the second debit is not my fault at all... It is a fraud. I have spoken to the "SO CALLED" VP of the bank and she states the company that debited the funds is responsible, but if is done without my knowledge and my consent is that not fraud? I just needed to get this out and to let anyone who lives in the vincinity of the bank called May Plant Credit Union and uses them may want to reconsider and look elsewhere.
