Fraudulent claims over phone numerous attempts for refund Ripoff

I contacted the above company for assistance in researching grants. Upon making contact they stated for $299.95 they would research the grants and write the grants for me (this was to be a one time charge). The first time I called I spoke with A. Jenson.

Upon them accepting my money I received a packet with multiple companies listed that I could apply to and see if they would accept my proposal for a grant. The problem is I could have completed this task all by myself from the beginning and wanted their help due to time restrants. The packet stated that for a refund I must cancel within 3 days (I called and cancelled that day and returned the full package to them with a letter of cancellation as resuested that day).

When I called that day I spoke with Lisa who transfered my call to M. Walters, Supervisor. I spoke with Mr. Walters on June 5th and he stated that when they received the packed he would refund the full $299.95. I have made numerous attempts to make contact again with Mr. Walters. I reached Mr. Walters again on July 19 and he asked who I had spoke with. I informed him that is was himself I had spoken with and he tried again to get me to take less than the full refund. Mr. Walters then told me that the packet had been misplaced, however he had now found it and again stated that a full refund would be sent to me within yet another two weeks.in my opinion this company is not legitimate and they practice fraudulent business practices. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
