JFYC - Just For You Communications - Entitlement Pro
They took unauthorized $84 from my checking acct for a company called "entitlement pro". I never authorized anyone to take money from my checking acct & i've never heard of entitlement pro or jfyc before this incident ripoff

JFYC - Just for You Communications, Inc. Submitted a check #001 not requiring my signature to my checking account in the amount of $84.00. The memo on the check says "Entitlement Pro" and has a number listed as 513-244-3357".
When you call the number, it is an instant recording instructing the caller to leave a message at the beep. That is it - no company identification - nothing. It could be someone's residential phone number for all I know. If it were a legitimate company, you'd think they would have a recording identifying themselves before asking you to leave a message. The check was deposited into another bank account with Bank of America.
When I checked the name Entitlement Pro on the internet, it brings up information on fraudulent companies, which indicates to me that this is just another scam to get people's money. What I don't understand is how this company keeps doing this to people using legitimate banks.
I can't believe the number of reports that have been added since I first discovered this scam on my account and googled this company. It went from 3 to 33 reports and my report will make number 34. I have filed the appropriate Affidavit with my bank, but they still have not refunded my $84.00.
This is not the first time that I've had unauthorized charges to my account, but it has never taken the bank this long to refund my money. I hope that it is only taking longer this time because it was a check submitted when the other times it was charges against my debit card. I will update this report when the bank either refunds my money or denies same.
