FAILURE to deliver! Ripoff

I ordered a Coach summer bag from this webpage on 6/2/07.By 6/4/07 my debit for $199 for the bag had cleared. I got an email from them on 6/9/07 with no explanation only stating that they were goin to credit my account the $119. Since 6/9/07, I have contacted them by phone (they NEVER answer) and email about 20 times.

I have spoken to a person ONE time on 6/20/07 who said they would send a check THAT day. Of course a week and a half later no check. I emailed AGAIN and got a response on 7/8/07 that a check would be sent on the next day.

Today is 7/18/07, I am still waiting and FUMING!
