COM Did not fully diliver virtual product (World of Warcraft Gold)

It cost me over $100 canadian ($86 U. S) to buy 300 virtual gold from their website. After six days and a promise of fifty extra gold this was the result. Only 23 gold was delivered. I had recieved two emails. This is the first on (Hi xxxxx xxxxx,

A total of 23 gold was develivered when I contacted their Live help they looked into and said by their records everything was develivered. I told them I would be contacting paypal and reporting this website.
