Introduction to website for sales/business Ripoff

I accepted to pay for introduction to sales business website offer for $ 3.67. This amount was removed from my credit card acct but I never received information offered. I then noted on the next credit card statement that an additional $49.95 was debited. I never received anything for my money. I called the company and they gave me an address to write to for appeal. I did so and never heard back from them. I called the company again and was informed that I should have received a disk in the mail and if I did not it was not their responsibility but the postal system. The charge for the $49.95 was actually for an email. I was never informed to look for email and do not open unexpected emails due to possible computer contamination. Additionally, the rep informed me that the letter had been noted and refund refused without any reason documented and I had never received a letter or call from this company. I am unhappy regarding the charges and wish a refund.
