TERRIBLE customer service - DO NOT deal with this company!

I am so tired of writing the whole story of my dealing with this company, I have had to explain it so many times in emails and phone calls asking for customer service for the past 7 months!

My order was placed in November and finally arrived after a number of emails saying it would be late. They even tagged it wrong so that UPS would have to return it to the depot to retag after they tried to deliver it. SO, I eventually got my order, but with pieces missing. And without the free stuff they continually promise for being so late.

Since then, I have been calling ("voicemail full" message was all I got for a long time) and emailing (consistently receiving standard "sorry we're busy, we'll reply soon" replies) to ask them to send the missing pieces. I finally spoke to a person in April, who said they would be sent in May. Nope.

At this point I'm emailing some manager, who says in June that he'll send it right out. He sends the label to the shipping dept. They notify USPS to expect it for shipping. Except it never gets to USPS. Once again, I email the manager - once again, he says he'll get it sent that afternoon. That was a week ago, and there is no activity on my account to show that he did a thing.

What are these people doing all day at the office? Too much time spent fielding complaints and not enough time spent resolving them. I just want them to give me my money back before I hit the 1 year mark, but reading the other complaints filed here, I'm not sure it's even worth trying.

Do NOT do business with TV Marketplace, you will lose your money and your sanity.
