Charge CC 20 days after canceling account. Claims they have no record of the charge

About two months ago I signed up for a free trial that I needed to do to get credit towards a free Playstation 3. I logged into there website to have a look around to see what they had to offer, what I found was that this was just another rip off site providing a bunch of useless links and other useless information supposebly to assist you in getting grants.

Well the trial had expired and I was charged $69.42, and at first I was mad at myself for forgetting to cancel this crap, but I thought to myself oh well, its only $69.42 I'm getting a PS3 in a few weeks what do I care. I then called and canceled my order on June 5th, so I would not get billed again. I received an e-mail stating that my account had been canceled and went on my way.

Well just yesterday I received another charge for $69.42. I called their customer service phone number (866-407-1028) and spoke to a man named Braxton. He told me that my account had been canceled on June 5th, and that there were no charges made to my account after that date, I then told him that I had my online bank statement showing the charges from my account to the grant mentor. I then told him that I had a confirmation e-mail from them stating my account was closed. Then he tells me that they do not send confirmation e-mails, I was like B$ I have one right here. He then hung up on me. I immediately contacted my bank and my bank reversed the charges.

Stay away from this company they lie and steal from you. Just look to see what the Better Business Bureau has to say about this company: "Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record. As of 6/18, the Bureau has been UNABLE to confirm this company has a valid local business license. License - A permit or accreditation required by the State, Province, County or Municipality where a company is located indicating competence or professional certification that allows the company to provide products or services related to their particular field or industry. For the locale in which they operate. IF A CONSUMER DOES BUSINESS WITH AN UNLICENSED FIRM, THEY DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK.
This is obliviously a non legitimate company or a company that uses non legitimate practices. Stay away!!! Far away!!!
