Has bad computers and poor service, abused & mistreated

Do not buy a computer from gateway I just purchased one in Mar and it was only four months old and it crashed and the techs kept telling us it was the hard drive so they sent us a new hard drive and we installed it correctly and that did not work so they told us to take it to the country store in Toledo OH and we were treated very rude there and they said they had it fixed

We went and picked it up and it was not working so we took it back again they replaced our motherboard three times and our hard drive three times and our ram and every time we took it to the country store and brought it home it still did not work so we finally called customer service again and told them whaaat was going on it took us over aweek to talk to case management to get this issue resolved they kept giving us the run around oh

Someone from case management will call you tommorow at 8 in the morning and no one ever did they kept saying there systems were down so finally when we did get through they said they were going to send us anew tower and we still did not recieve it all they do is apoligize they tell you

They understand they do not and we even talked to them online and that was a big joke also and I have been reading a ton of similar complaints on this website about gateway we have been without our computer for almost a month and ahalf and we have to pay a monthly payment on this system and it has never been late how do you think they would like it if we did not pay on it they wouldnt like that so if any person wants to give me crap about what i just said about there precious gateway you can kiss my ass
