Did not honor agreement to refund money if requested unknown

On October 8, I signed up for the service based on website information. It appeared to be data entry, but after signing up I got in the site and it was web-based selling. I was not interested and the same day asked for a refund. Two days later I asked again, and was told there was a 60-day refund period. I subsequently asked for the refund twice, and no response was ever made to this request.
