Ripoff monthly billing

After you buy this granter seeker pro product, these people think they can continue billing you monthly. Without your consent!!!

After seeing that grant seeker pro has deducted $29.95 from my bank account months after purchasing the product, I looked at my invoice that I saved and it does say that I will be charged $29.95 a month for unknown services. Now, I NEVER agreed to that when purchasing the product. I would NEVER agree to any type of monthly billing to my account.

I called customer service (714-577-5386) and asked them why I was being billed $29.95 for services that I have not seen, and this guy told me "we charge you for updating the database." What database I have no idea since the product comes with a database. I told him that I don't even have the internet at the location I was using the product. He said, "I don't care, you checked the box." I told him that I never checked the ANY box.

I told him that I saw that this company was on the usacomplaints.com website and he said, "so isn't disney world." At that point I told him that basically they are taking money for doing nothing and he says, "That's enough sir." and hangs up on me.

Customer service is absolutely terrible at this company and they scam people with some monthly fee that your not aware of when purchasing the product.

This company is as shading as it gets.
