Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing San Francisco California

Very bad ISP, don't know why I installed it, I think it was cause it was cheap at that time, but now I learned my lesson.

I used their service about 5 months (I don't remember) and cancel 3 months after it. While it was canceled, they were STILL charging me a hidden charge of 4$ (have no idea why) I did not notice until 2 months later. Cause I got Qwest DSL 7mbit (best ever!). I already PAID my service in full. Only way I could get people pc to stop charging me was going to my BANK and make them stop charging me. They fixed it for me.

I have called them plenty of times to cancel it yet, they never seem to respond to ANY CALLS, I got them to answer a few times out of a lot, when you talk to them, it randomly DISCONNECTS you from them. Only way to get them to answer is to filling into their tech support line (they answer quickly). Why is their service based in a foreign country (I couldn't understand or hear clearly what they were saying), thought they were american based. I think their phone help support line is a big scam, they put you through all that trouble so they can keep you as a customer.

Funny thing is, there stupid enough to call me a month later and telling me I OWE them 8$ and my account was still ACTIVE! Omg! The ISP from hell.

Another thing is there people pc software is a bunch of bloatware, just slows down your pc bad! Worst software I ever used.

P. S if your looking for really cheap internet don't not use PEOPle PC, you'll be sorry if you do, especially your credit card. Go buy a well KNOWN ISP. Few extra dollars wouldn't hurt. Avoid this isp like the plague. Seriously I'm not joking. I don't know how they call them selves a isp.
