Ripoff dishonest fraudulant billing

I have been charged a $1.00 for the last 4 months. I have tried to contact this company for the last 5 months. I have called there 1-800-316-8774 many times. All you get is automated. You can not speak to a representative. It gives you an option to cancel, which I have done all 5 times I have been charged. I have opted to cancel each time, but am still getting charged.

I have tried to notify them through there website (savingsmart.com), but it says that the e-mails cannot be sent. I have at this point notified my bank to stop any more payments from coming through, but it doesn't make this any better.

They are taking money that is not entitled to them. I even had my member # for this company. It does no good. You can't speak to a person, you can't e-mail them & you can't call them.
