1-800-316-8774 Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I just took a closer look on my credit card statement recently, and realized that i had been getting these $1 charges for the last 6 months from Savingsmart.com. Ever since I have been calling their toll free number hoping to talk to a person but I always get an automated response.

How do I get my money back? And how do I stop them from keeping taking money out of my account?
