Ripoff Fraudulent company does not have legitimate contact information Will only do business through automated system

I have been charged $2.00 by SavingSmart. I have tried at least three different times to cancel my membership with no results. I get an email telling me I will be contacted by a representative and I never get any calls or emails. They have no customer service number and all the business is done online or through an automated system.
