I tried to cancel with Lease finance group and they are refusing to cancel. I have sent their machine back to them and they accepted the machine back but are calling me every 15 min.

I signed up for a two year contact. Now they have changed my contract to a 4 year contract. I was told the only way I could pay was on auto pay through my checking account. After signing up I tried to change the date of the debit but was refused.

I am disabled and told the representitive that I have a small limited income of less then $500.00 per month and that I only get paid on the 3rd of each month.

No problem he said. What a crock.

I have writen them letters, I have faxed same letters. I have spoken to representitives but to no avail. I have told them to stop Calling me their are interfearing with my business.

But they continue to call. Now they have found my cell number and are calling that. Over 20 calls per day is to many.

Because they refused to change my debit date, they caused my checking account to bounce every month. Which I have had to pay $27.00 per month on top of their fees.

They use a processing company called retriever that also refuses to cancel. Stating I have a non cancelable lease and that only Lease Finance Company can cancel my contact.

Lease Finance Group has ruined my credit and my life.
