I ordered a tablecloth on January 25, it was charged to my Visa account 1/26/07. I never received the item, I moved and sent them my new address and got an e-mail saying they received the information and I also called and gave them my new address. Every couple of weeks I would e-mail them and only got an automated response. I did get one response from a women named Rebecca but nothing was done after she said she would look into it. I checked on my order and it is still in the order stage it never comes up that it was sent. I called several times and the women on the phone said she would write a note to a supervisor, but I never got a response. I called today for the 10th time and the women on the phone said she was not customer service and that she only took orders and that she did not have any other number that I could call. I guess it is a rip-off if I can not get my money back or my tablecloth. I do not know what to do from here except let my boss who is an attorney in North Carolina call the Better Business Bureau.
