Ripoff dishonest worst customer service ever and no contact person

I was watching TV and saw an advertisement for a prank DVD named Juiced featuring O.J. Simpson. I placed an order with this company (advertised on TV) on December 14 for the Juiced DVD featuring O.J. Simpson and as of today's date January 14 I still have not received anything from their company. The day the order was placed I received an online e-mail providing order confirmation.
That was the only thing I received from this company. I have contacted them through e-mail and fax many of times asking for status on this order or a tracking number, anything but they do not respond to my many e-mails. I have sent them about 6 e-mails in total since this order was placed and none of them received a response.
I provided their company with my home phone number, work number, & cell phone number and customer service did not call back either. I don't know what else to do to resolve this situation because their company has my banking information and I can't get any response from them nor can have I received my merchandise purchased. Any help that can be provided from posting this on your website is greatly appreciated.
Per their website orders should take anywhere between 1-3 weeks for delivery as you can see it's been a month and delivery still hasn't happened.
