Read fine printif don't cancel in time you are charged and can't get refund or any contact ripoff stay away

If you dont' read the fine print they will charge you after the free time, from when till when? They wont give you a reply when you fax them at the refund dept. Nor will they want to make any effort to make you a satisfactory offer to end the dispute.
All I can see is that it is another ripoff just what we need.
