Pacific Web Works Fraudelent Debit Card Charges

I performed a Quicken download on our business account this morning and noticed a $14.95 charge from an Eauction. I traced the company to Pacific Web Works. I have been to the web site and am confused as to how they got my banking information and who authorized these charges.

I have contacted the Bank of America and will call them during business hours. I am going to attempt to stop this and any future transactions. I am most concerned about future transactions.

In today age of crime, and based on what I have read, I am lucky with such a small loss. I am hoping that this company will refund our money and stop its predatory practices.
