Thieves! Won't give me refund, & i canceled w/in 30 days, & never got to have a website! Ripoff mesa

I ordered the Internet Speedway kit back in Dec / '06, and canceled the 2nd AND 3rd weeks of January. I received an e-mail notification that, due to inclement weather, that my 30-day Trial period would be extended another 2 weeks.

I canceled well before the 30-day Trial ending, and they just took 69.99 out of my account last Fri., 3/9/07.

I called to complain, and was notified that my two cancellation calls back in Jan. Were NOT recorded.

How convenient.

I've since closed out my Debit Account, am in the midst of disputing the $69.99 they stole from me with my bank, and have since contacted the Better Business Bureau.

Next, I'm going to forward all these complaints (incl. Mine) to media outlets here in Chicago, IL. Prayerfully, we can get a class-action suit against these 'other' internet predators.
