Charged Checking Account Instead of Card for Garmin GPS Purchase

I purchased a Garmin 340C GPS through eBay and paid with my PayPal account. I had my credit card as the primary funding source, and they still decided to take the money out of my bank checking account when they had no permission to do so. I called customer service at PayPal, and the woman who answered gave me an attitude and told me that even though they made the mistake of transferring funds from the wrong account, and fraudulently at that, they would not rectify the issue because it was not their concern.

I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold for thirty minutes and then hung up on. I tried calling again and was put on hold by another customer service representative and then hung up on again. I called my bank and filed a fraud claim against PayPal because I now have an overdraft of $375.73 plus overdraft fees. This company is irresponsible, and their customer service representatives are atrocious.
