Won't allow termination of account. Keep getting runaround. Discontinue website provided to me does not exist

I have been involved with this company since May and have been unable to get up and running with this program as it is complicated and difficult to follow.in Nov I disconnected from internet as I was relocating to a rural area and just did get back online Feb, 21.

Last week I got online to discontinue this service and had problems doing so as I was having trouble finding all my info due to the relocation. I made three (3) phone calls to this company today, Mar, 5 and was placed on hold all three times for 8,10, and 7 minutes respectively. I was given a a website to go to while on hold so I tried that also but the website does not exist. (www.discontinue. Ispeedway.com).

I then called my credit card company and put a block on all future billing from this company. I probably would not have taken this measure but I ran across some negative feedback online regarding this company from other consumers like myself... Thank You
