Ripoff over 200 dollars in annual fee since 2003 for membdership

I have pay this company over $200.00 for membership for cards that i can't use. I have try to discontinue the service over the phone, but they refuse to discontinue service.

I received a letter on the 11 of oct. that next month my annual fees is due. I info the lady, that i was discontinue there service.
