Ripoff, Took Money From My Checking Account that I didn't Authorize

I applied for a credit card online with one company and when I submitted it it transfered to this site and they deducted $159.00 from my checking account. When I phoned them after getting their phone number from the bank, they infromed me they will only give me back $100.00 of my money. Someone please help.
