Ripped me OFF! Ripoff

I order ink for my printer from FJA products but the ink was defective and could not print. I called it in and I was told a new one would be sent out. 1 month after I never recieved anything I called again. They informed me that they had no record of my complaint but apologized and promise to send me a new one again. It's been over a month and still nothing. Now when i call I'm asked to leave a message. I do but they dont call back. I email and still no response. I only orderd from this company because they had the BBB logo posted on their website. I thought I was safe but I was wrong. I can't understand why the BBB would back up such a corrupt company like this.
