I called this 1 800 number an after four attemps then this girl named libbie aless says you filled out the app. So you should have read the small print which says it will cost you 159. I said i didnt fill out any thing that will cost me money when i can get a refill card here for 9.95 ask to speak to superviser she then said no one over her she is it i cant go any farther so i said i willwrite she hung up
