Ripoff Unable to Cancel Membership Wants to charge me $160 for already returned movies

Internet & Web

They are saying that I have not returned the movies that I rented from them. Actually, "they" are not, their webiste is. My Customer support person, "Tim" has not returned my requests since i signed up for the account. Their Customer Support Manager, the same. The phone number on their website is no longer in service, i guess manning it ANY time of the day was TOO much for "a small company like us." If you want to pay a monthly fee for some movies that you could probably buy relativly cheap, than this is the site for you!

After you rent and send them back, they will say you havn't... Until they see fit I guess... Then charge your account for another month... Your way to get out of it? Pay 20$ per movie! Since i signed up for the 4 at a time plan, that comes out to almost 160$ to cancel my membership, and... 2 movies were broken, 1 skipped... All were returned, and I would be out over 200$.

Sorry about the ranting... If anyone has any other number or way that has worked to get ahold of them... Please let me know... Also, I am contacting my bank to refuse all charges from QwikFliks...

I would Higly Recommend returning your movies from this company as soon as possible...
How about Certified mail!
