Qwikflix, rip off dishonest fraudulent

I was looking for a particular movie to rent And I found it only with QWIKFLIKS. And it showed it is available to rent. So I went ahead and registered. Once I logged in and added the movie to the Queue it said a mild wait.

I sent a mail to customer support Debbie. She was not giving any time on when I would get the movie. I searched the net and I found lot of complaints about these guys. One of them mentioned that even the title which they don't have in thier inventory they show up as available but would put is mild wait once you select to the queue. I realized I was ripped off.

I tried said sending mail to them again saying I wanted to cancel (this was on 2nd day even before i could rent a movie). I didn't get any reply. 4 more mails 2 to the manager and 2 to the customer support. No reply.
I called the customer support number. It said out of service (sounded familiar). One more guy to get ripped.
I am planning to speak to my credit card company to see If I can recover the money.

I guess they were qwikflix previously

Remember Don't let them get away with it! Make sure theymake the consumer complaints. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action.
