Charged $39.95 to credit card for free info, when only $1.97 S&H was supposed to be charged. Ripoff

I responded to a ad on ebay for free 'How to Use' info, paying only $1.97 for S&H. I received them; haven't used them yet. Then My bank statement shows $1.97 plus $39.95 for the cds! This was not the offer, and from reading other scam reports, I will get nowhere on the phone with BidFuel (but I'm gonna try. Ebay needs to do something—they are endorsing them. I don't want the damn cds; I was only taking advangtage of free info. Now BidFuel has my bank info. God knows what else they can do.
