Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing avoid at all costs overbilling

The site indicated a DVD was shipped in 5 months ago. I did not receive it. I complained about it. They never responded. They continue to charge me a hefty membership without any service.

I asked them to cancel my membership. At that time, they started shipping me substandard DVDs which I returned promptly.

The original DVD that they claimed to have shipped still showing as "sent" without them ever resolving my complaint.

I am still being billed without any service.

DO NOT EVER do business with this company.
