Ripoff dishonest fradulent billing do not respond overcharge no phone

Over the last 5 months, I have been charged for a 2 DVD membership, without receiving anything.

1 item still shows in Queue, that I never received. I sent a complaint about it, in December, never received any response. I asked to cancel my membership and mysteriously started receiving DVDs from them that I promptly returned.

At the moment I do not have any DVDs from them. I haven't received anything from them in 3 weeks now, and I am continually being billed for 2 DVD membership.

This is a scam.
