It's been over a month of daily e-mails to these people and they've never responded. They have a money back guarantee and a promise to respond within 48 hours. I've been e-mailing since 12-25-06.

I ordered the movie downloads by mistake - the box for movies was pre-check-marked and I didn't notice it until the "reciept page" said I'd been charged $49.44. I submitted an e-mail immediately, asking to cancel the order, that I'd intended to order the music download service, which I went ahead and ordered. ($24.34)
