Ripoff phatcampus confirms book orders and never ships them Internet

I purchased a textbook on the above web site. This web site was suggested as having the cheapest book that I was searching for.

I used my credit card to purchase the textbook and was e-mailed a confirmation that the book had in fact been ordered.in the confirmation, it also states that my book would arrive via postal mail within 5 to ten business days and that I may check my tracking information. After five business days passed, i thought that I would check the tracking information to see if my book had been shipped.

To my dismay, there was no tracking information reported. I left four e-mail messages and two phone messages for a person to contact me within 24 hours. This is now the 13th business day and to date, no one has contacted me in regards to this matter. My class is now started and I had a project due last week (which I needed a book for). I have had to borrow other people's book in order to do my project, but, this is affecting my grade.

Do not deal with this company.
