Scam of scams

I was sent an e-mail for me to request online sales information. It appeared to be linked to E-bay so I thought it was a legitimate company. The information was for online auctioning.
The letter also stated that I would be billed 49.95 for my membership which I had not bargained for. I discovered the billing on my bank account.
