Modern Empire Internet Scam Bank Scam Tseung Kwan

I never purchased anything online as I am always aware of the scams that happened. Well I checked my bank statement and found two charges on it that I know for sure I never made. I asked the kids mother if she may have charged my account, she said no. On my statement I was charged on 7/20/07 a $1.95, then again on 7/30/07 I was charged 59.95, for something to which I don't know.

So I contacted these people to tell them I received a fraudulent charge on my statement and wish to be reimbursed for the amount taken. To which the gentleman stated that I would be reimbursed the full amount that was removed from my account. He gave me a confirmation number and stated that the reimbursement will take at least 3 business days to be put back.

Fine and dandy, but I still haven't seen any reimbursement to my account. A friend of mine told me that this company has to do with online home business jobs. Why would I need to work online, when I have a great paying job that I love doing? It's bogus and this is just a complete scam against anyone. Well I did a whois search and came up with this for the company. They aren't even based out of the US, they originate from Hong Kong... They call us theives.
