Ripoff 289.99 Jan 19th. Will not respond!

Wanted to order a Nintendo WII for Christmas. I found this site called ABCnet23.com. It says it is BizRate certified and said Volussion Certified. Ordered a Wii Station for $289.99 said in stock. Tried to view order. My account said no order. I e-mailed them and the responded indicating that the order was there. Again, tried to access it. Couldn't. Not a good feeling so I cancelled by e-mail. They never responded. I sent another e-mail saying that they did poor business and I would report them to Biz Rate.
On January 19th by bank account was charged $289.99. I had no clue. There was a phone number and name of RBN. Called (305) 420-6399. I went to reverse the phone number and found it to be Type: Land Line, Provider: AT&T; Location: Miami, FL, whatever that is? I called and a man's voice on machine said "RBN leave a message". I have left two messages. No return call. Then I remembered this amount was the amount of the WII station. I have e-mailed ABC23.net to verify and refund my money. They will not respond!
I went to BizRate and they are notlisted as one of the companies!!!
