Play Time Productions
Ripoff, fraudulant billing, dishonest

Education & Science

I placed an order with this company on June 21. They charged my card very soon after. They have not delivered my order yet. The first time I e-mailed them they just changed the status of my order from "processing" to "standard ground shipping" but there was no tracking number provided.

I have e-mailed them 6 times and called and left messages at least 3 times. I've gotten several different numbers and none of them lead me to an actual human to talk to. Nobody has responded to my e-mails, or returned my calls. The number I have on my credit card bill goes to a voice mail box of someone I don't think speaks English. However I left a message and my call was not returned.

I read on their web site that if I did not have my order after 30 days then I should get an e-mail giving me the option to cancel my order, or on the web site there should be an option to cancel my order. I still haven't had that option.
