Rip-off Consumer Fraud

I sent them $174. For information for my own business at home doing liquidation. I sent an extra $10. For "3-6 day" delivery. When I did not receive the merchandise and called, I was told all orders had been shipped. When I called back, they claimed they never received the order.

I faxed a copy of the money order to them and when I called the next day to see if they found the order, they claimed they never received the fax, and would I fax it again, with my fax number so they could respond. No response. Whene I called back after they had had time to receive the fax, I got an entirely routine. No person answered this time. It was a voice mail asking me to put in the extension number of the person I wanted.

Of course I had no extension number, but I left them a message saying I was reporting them to Post Master General, and Attorney General's office, plus Better Business Bureau. I also e-mailed the money order company asking for their help. If it has been cashed, I don't know what their responsibility is, at this point. They have not responded, at this point, although I just sent the mail.
