Beware! Total ripoff they sell gray market prod. Don't make good on thier mistakes beware!

My husband purchased a nikon camera for me for christmas. When I opened and tried to charge the charger was not american. I called nikon and they said it was probabley a gray market dealer. That means they go to other countries and buy much cheaper prod. And make it cheap enough on the internet to attract people and still make money. The Camera Wiz said that it was nikons fault because they sent them a case of the wrong cameras.

I called nikon and that COULD NOT HAPPEN. They are willing to help on the phone but thats the end of that. They did send the correct camera after I threatened to dispute charges with my credit card company. I still have not got my shipping charges back and I never rec. The warranty info. They still refuse to make good on either problem. They will lye to you to get your money and then you are screwed. Beware of the camera wiz!!
