Pmfastauction took 49.95 out of my checking account without my permission unknown

I ordered a cd for 1.97 from or it was suppose to be a free cd on ebay auction but when I called my bank this morning found out that pmfastauction.com had taken $49.95 out of my checking account when I tried to contact them through the internet I was hooked up with you and found out that I am not the only one who this has happened to. What can I do about it? I have never heard of PMFASTAUCTION before now and have no idea how to contact them and what is the liklyhood of them doing this again?
