Charged 49.95 to my debit card after I bought a cd for 1.97

I ordered a CD from PMFastAuction.com about making money on ebay and I received it. Two weeks later they charged 49.95 on my debit card. I tried to contact them but all I had was an email support@fastauction.com so I kept trying to get them to respond to me. They never would. I had to change my debit card and fill out a fraudulent charge form at my bank. They investigate it and if they see fit, put that money back into your account. It will be a while before I know about that. This company and website doesn't seem to exist so the email probably doesn't either.
