Ripoff fraudulently took out money from my account!

We ordered a cd-rom on how to make money on E-Bay from pmfastauction.com they took out the authorized $1.97 from our account. A week later they took out an unatorized $49.95 from our account. We contacted our bank and they canceled my wifes check card and said they couldn't take out anymore money, but we were out the $49.95 there was no way to get it back. I have called my local Sheriff's Department and I am waiting for a call back. Why has no one caught these crooks yet?
