Unauthorized debit from checking account ripoff

I submitted an application for computer with no credit check and instant approval. Was charged $39.96 and upon them withholding this from my account I received an e-mail stating I needed to send $400.00 prior to my computer being delivered. Nothing was ever stated on their application that a down payment was needed but was certainly charged for my application. I am getting this debit stopped but it has already cleared my account.
