Deducted money from my checking account, delivered no product ripoff

On October 02 I applied for financeing for a gateway computer. The amounts of check#1084 $39.96 for an application fee, and check#1085 $279.98 security deposit. I have heard nothing from them since. It has been over one month now. I have tried contacting them by phone only to get a voicemail message, left my phone number, and several emails, Nobody contacts me back. I would like my money back since nobody has contacted me.
