Ripoff stoled money out of my checking account wirh out me ordering anything from them

This so called company took moeny out of my checking account without my permission. They charged $9.99 to be taken out every month. The first time i was able to get my money back in my account from my bank, Then it happened again, and i have not been refunded. I had to close the account and open a new one. You can't get in touch with them. They need to be stoped!
