Withdrew unauthorized money from my checking ripoff

I authorized Tribute to take a one time $20 initial payment from my checking account which I had to give my checking and routing account number to them and they took $100 unauthorized from my checking. When I called them they said they could not locate the telephone conversation I had with them authorizing only $20. So now I have to come up with money to put in my checking so it will not be overdrawn then I have to close my account and open a new account so that they will not have my account number.

They are a scam a ripoff I with I would have never been so foolish.
