I ordered a jacket, gloves, and a helmet on 12/7. To date, I have not seen any merchandise, my cc account was charged on the 12/11. I cancelled my order on 1/8/07 and they said it would take 24-48 hours to see the refund on the account. A week went by and the account has not been refunded.

Customer Service is a joke. They answer the phone as if it were a residence with little to no respect for the customer. Their excuse is they will have to call you back, with no return call and no answers, just an amatuer phone message when you call back.

They had trouble reading back my order (rough english). They were unable to confirm the shipment with a tracking number after numerous attempts of asking for one. They had told me everything had been shipped, when in fact, nothing had been shipped. They kept telling me it would be a couple of more days, and then a couple of more days. Other excuses as well, people in meetings, any excuse to satisfy the moment.

I originally used a Discover card, but was called promptly back and was told that the Discover system was not working, so they needed another account. Since then, I have cancelled both accounts due to my Discover account had fraudulent charges being conducted on the account.

This is the worst experience I have had when purchasing merchandise on the Internet. Stay with the reputable companies, ones that have a 1-800 customer support line (that should have beeen the first warning - no 800 number).

Researching this company, I am not the only one that is very dissatisfied as seen from other complaints. Avoid this company (site) at all cost.
